The Solmatic ball feeder can insert 1 to 2 balls at a time up to a line speed of up to 60 cans per minute. There is an optic sensor that confirms the correct number has been inserted into the can. The unit is usually installed over the conveyor.
High Speed Rotary Capping Machine
This capping machine was designed to be installed in the gas cartridge filling line. It is a 12 head machine capable of line speed of up to 200cpm, a 6 head version is available for line speed up to 100cpm. Changeover is fast and easy for different can and cap diameters. The pick and place heads have removable inserts for different sizes, and they can even round up slightly out of shape caps before placing on the cans. The cap sorter has special inserts for changeover so the complete disc does not have to be replaced each time.
