For the aerosol laboratory we offer a Manual Aerosol Crimping Machine for 1″ aerosol valves, an Aerosol De-Crimping Machine, a Pneumatic Aerosol Gas Filling Machine, and a BOV Aerosol Filling Machine. These machines can be placed on a suitable table or laboratory work bench.

The Pneumatic Gas Filling Machine is a safe and compact unit complete with safety guard and low level extraction duct for connecting to customer’s ventilation system. The volume range is 0-420 ml and a smaller cylinder 0-50ml can be provided if requested. There is manual height adjustment for all sizes of aerosol cans. The BOV Aerosol Filling Machine is ideal for producing BOV samples and for small to medium production runs.

We also offer a Laboratory and Production Work Centre for sampling and producing standard aerosols and BOV aerosols. This offers the benefit of being a compact unit, taking up little floor space, the unit is fully guarded, and is complete with control cabinet. It is designed to house all standard Semi-Automatic Aerosol Filling Machines, including the aerosol product filler, aerosol crimper and aerosol gas filler, and also BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Filling Machines. Making it fully versatile for all types of aerosol filling.
