The gas filling machine can be pre-installed inside the room, and connected to all services before shipment, greatly reducing line installation time on site.

The Aerosol LPG Gas Filling Room has a dual ventilation system, one for the room at low level, and one constantly ventilating from around the gassing machine filling nozzles. The ventilation system provides multiple changes of circulating air per minute.

A gas detection system comprising 4 or 5 gas detection heads monitor the room and extract ducts, and also controlling the gas shut-off valves. The filling room control panel is usually mounted inside the production area close to the exit door.

The room is unmanned and a CCTV camera monitors the filling machine operation.

The Aerosol LPG Gas Filling Room is manufactured from welded steel in double skin construction, it is insulated and complete with explosion relief panel. The main access door is controlled preventing unauthorised entry.
