Semi-automatic Aerosol Filling Machines are ideal for laboratory use and for smaller production runs. The Semi Automatic Aerosol Product Filler is fully adjustable for height of can and volume. The standard filler has a range of 50 to 420ml, and special fillers are available for small fills up to 5ml and 20ml. The machine is pneumatic and can be manually or foot pedal operated. It has a “no can no fill” system which prevents any leakage of the product when there is no container in the filling area.
The Semi Automatic Aerosol Crimper can crimp both tinplate and aluminium valves. The range of container heights for crimping is 55 to 330mm, and for container diameters is from 22 to 75mm.A vacuum head is available for the crimper for formulations that require a vacuum to be pulled before crimping.
The Semi Automatic Aerosol Propellant Filler is supplied with one gas filling head adaptor to suit one type of aerosol valve, adaptors to suit other aerosol valves are available. The standard propellant filler has a maximum fill volume of 420ml. Special sizes are available for up to 5ml, 20ml and 600ml. A propellant supply pump can also be supplied and can work with all standard liquid propellants including DME, Butane/Propane, HFA and others.
The Aerosol Propellant Gas Pump ensures a steady flow of gas to the propellant gas filler. The pressure of the propellant gas can be regulated. The propellant gas pump is manufactured in stainless steel.
The above Semi-Automatic Aerosol Filling Machines can also be placed on a table with individual safety guards, or installed in a custom built fully guarded aerosol work station (as shown below). The production work station can also be supplied with Semi Automatic BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Aerosol Filling Machines and these include a UTC (under-the-cup) crimper/gas filler, a TTV (through-the-valve) product filler, and a pressure tester.
