The Actuator Placing Machine is for medium speed filling lines and can accommodate all types of spray actuators. It has an integral vibratory which can be fed from an elevator. The machine is installed against a through conveyor making it easy to install into an existing filling line.

The 12 head High Speed Cap Placing Machine is capable of line speed up to 200cpm, a 6 head version is available for line speed up to 100cpm. Changeover is fast and easy for different can and cap diameters. The “pick and place” heads have removable inserts for different sizes, and they can even round up slightly out of shape caps before placing them on the cans. The cap sorter has special inserts for changeover so the complete disc does not have to be replaced each time.
