Automatic BOV Filling Machine

Automatic BOV Filling Machine

The BOV (Bag-on-Valve) filling process is two stage. The first stage is to pre-gas around the bag and immediately crimp and seal the bag, the second stage is to inject the product through the valve into the bag. The propellant gas used in BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Filling Machines is compressed air or nitrogen, and BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Filling Machines do not need to be installed in special rooms. Products filled on these machines include creams, lotions, shaving gels, pharmaceutical products including nasal sprays, technical products including fire extinguishers.

Automatic BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Filling Machines are installed for higher and continuous production of BOV aerosols. The different versions available are:

BOV (Bag-on-Valve Filling Machine (single indexing)

BOV (Bag-on-Valve Filling Machine (double indexing)

BOV (Bag-on-Valve Filling Machine (double star wheel)

Double indexing machines offer higher output over single indexing machines, and the double star wheel automatic BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Filling Machine is available for even higher production and with space on the machine for adding more work stations.

Automatic rotary indexing BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Filling Machines can be easily integrated into an existing line or be the main machine of a BOV new filling line.
